I honestly don’t know when the last time that I updated the ole’ blog was, but it legitimately feels like it has been way too long! I’ve been busy trying to take dahlia cuttings and generally getting myself together so that I’ll actually be ready when it comes time to plant things. I thought it might be fun, or at least entertaining, to take a look at some of the projects that I got myself into over the past week. Hope you’re having a really great day! 🙂
Why didn’t I plant more ranunculus?
Such a pretty pile!
My new favorite color combination for spring! Single tulips in soft blush pink and lavender! It’s so delicate I can’t even stand it.
My current favorite tulip – it’s called ‘Charming Beauty’. I don’t think the pictures do it justice.
When in doubt, use all the colors!
Come on, I can’t be the only one who thinks these colors are absolutely dreamy.
Tulips in a watering can! Easy decor, ftw!
Blush pink tulips, anemones, ‘charming beauty’ tulips, and white ranunculus. I’m in love with how soft looking this is!! Do you like this one? Tell me in the comments!
Another angle….sitting next to a mud puddle. Classic.
These are either apricot or salmon parrot tulips. I planted them next to each other, and I honestly can’t tell the difference between them. Whoops.
I’ve had a lot of people tell me they think parrot tulips are ugly. What do you think?
I’ve been using those blush pink single tulips so much. I think I’m going to order a bunch of them for next year!
